I'm Larissa but my friends call me Lorik.

Professionally, I bring organizational clarity to startups and growing mid-size organizations. I'm a managing partner for a technology integrations agency and the author of two books: Start Somewhere and The Marketing Mindset. I'm also a fractional COO and digital product  leader.  In short, I get sh*t done.

But there's more than that. I'm motivated by creating joy

In my creative life, I'm the founder of Quirky Mango Monsters - little stuffed creations I dream up or that folks send me to make for them. They're sassy, snuggly and definitely not Beanie Babies.

Instead, they're made from recycled or upcycled materials and stuffing (whenever possible) and are the type of plushie that you'll want to keep forever instead of tossing in the 'purge pile' like those made in China, mass market things.

They're cherishable, irreplaceable and forever loveable.
